Editing Canes

'''Shots''' are the most basic technique weapon in Phantasy Star Online. They hit one enemy once per attack. They share their attack animation with the saber, but have a slower attack speed. Furthermore, most canes give an EVP boost to the player. All forces start with a basic cane.
