Frozen Shooter's special fires a special bullet that has a 100% chance to freeze enemies on hit but deals no damage.

Having Frozen Shooter equipped has a 25% chance of freezing the player every 2 minutes.

Frozen Shooter has 2 sets of textures, one of them being the normal blue textures, while the other set having a color scheme similar to the Snow Queen from Episode 1&2. This texture set is decided based on the current .beat time upon starting up a team (or starting the game offline). If the current .beat time is odd, it uses the blue texture set, but if it's even the Snow Queen color scheme is used instead.
