Frozen Shooter's special fires a special bullet that has a 100% chance to freeze enemies on hit but deals no damage.
Having Frozen Shooter equipped has a random chance after it has been equipped for a while of inflicting the wearer with freeze.
Frozen Shooter has 2 sets of textures, one of them being the normal blue textures, while the other set having a color scheme similar to the Snow Queen from Episode 1&2. These textures are random and can change if you enter a new area.
