Delsaber's Buster is obtained by converting Delsaber's Right Arm in the online quest Today's Rate after having cleared the offline quest Doc's Secret Plan or offline in the quest Dr. Osto's Research and Unsealed Door after having cleared Doc's Secret Plan.
- Converting the parts in Today's Rate rolls 10-45% in Native or A.Beast, Machine or Dark and Hit in Ultimate.
- In difficulties other than Ultimate, the Today's Rate rolls are 10-45% on a single attribute and Hit, but with a lower chance of Hit.
